Terms of sale

Last updated: November 2026

1. Who we are

Killis Haraway, a sole proprietor doing business as Killis AI ("we", "us"). Contact: support@killis.hippies.earth. You must be 18, or have a parent's permission, to buy.

2. Merchant of record

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all orders. It processes payment, collects and remits sales tax/VAT, and issues your invoice. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. If these terms conflict with Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms about payment, tax or the processing of refunds, Lemon Squeezy's terms control. Our 14-day refund promise still applies.

3. What you get

The kit files listed on the product page (Local Image Pipeline Kit v1.0) and free v1.x updates. The kit does not include model weights, ComfyUI or any other third-party software.

4. Licenses

5. Third-party components

You download third-party components yourself and accept their licenses: FLUX.1-schnell (Apache-2.0), SDXL base 1.0 (CreativeML Open RAIL++-M, including its use restrictions), Real-ESRGAN (BSD-3-Clause) and ComfyUI (GPL-3.0). See Licenses & third-party.

6. Requirements and limits

The tested setup is described on the product page. We don't guarantee the kit will run on your hardware or software.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the kit to create illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, harassing or deceptive content, content involving minors, or real people's likenesses without consent. Follow the restrictions in each model's license.

8. AI-output disclaimer

Images are generated by AI models (FLUX.1-schnell, SDXL) running on your own computer. Results vary and may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to existing works. We make no claim that outputs are unique, accurate or protectable by copyright. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including checking for third-party rights. Do not generate real people's likenesses without consent. This product gives no professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Killis AI uses AI tools to help create its products and content.

9. Refunds

If the kit isn't for you, ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. One refund per customer. A refund ends your license, future updates, and download access where we can disable it. Your personal-use content license (guide, PDFs, prompts and samples) ends; we can't remove files you've already downloaded, so please delete them. Updates are sent through Lemon Squeezy file updates or by email to buyers, not including refunded orders. Code you received under the MIT License stays under the MIT License. The kit has no DRM or tracking; we rely on your honesty. See the Refund policy for details.

10. Support

Email only, with a reply within 3 business days. Support covers the kit files and the guide steps on the tested setup. It doesn't cover other GPUs or operating systems, AMD or Mac, ComfyUI bugs, custom nodes or model output quality.

11. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The kit is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be excluded, including EU/UK consumer rights for digital content that is faulty or not as described.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you bought applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts. Your purchase contract with Lemon Squeezy is governed by Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms.
