Refund policy

This policy covers the Local Image Pipeline Kit ($19, one-time), sold by Killis Haraway, a sole proprietorship in Memphis, Tennessee, doing business as Killis AI ("we", "us"). Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record, so it handles payment and processes refunds.

The short version

• Ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
• One refund per customer.
• Email support@killis.hippies.earth with your order number. That's it.

Updates

Free v1.x updates for buyers. Updates are sent through Lemon Squeezy file updates or by email to buyers, not including refunded orders.

Before you buy

Refunds are there if things don't work out, but please check the requirements first. We'd rather you skip the kit than buy something that can't run on your machine.

• Windows + NVIDIA only. We tested one machine: Windows 11 with a 12 GB NVIDIA GPU.
• Windows 10 should work, but it's untested. Linux setup scripts are included; making images on Linux is untested.
• 8 GB GPUs are untested. AMD and Mac aren't supported.
• ComfyUI and the models are not included. You download them yourself, free (about 25 GB of disk).
• It's a guide plus scripts, not a one-click app.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email support@killis.hippies.earth within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. Include your order number (it's in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email) and the email address you bought with.
3. No questions asked: you don't need to give a reason. If you want to tell us what went wrong, it helps us fix the kit or the guide for the next person, but it's optional and doesn't affect your refund.

We'll reply within 3 business days.

What counts

• Within 14 days of purchase: full refund of the $19 price.
• After 14 days: we can't promise a refund, but email us anyway if something's wrong. Your legal rights where you live still apply.
• Charged twice, or charged by mistake: we'll refund the extra charge, whenever you notice it.
• Download didn't arrive or the files are broken: email us first. We'll send a working copy, or refund you if we can't fix it.

One refund per customer

Each customer can get one no-questions refund on this kit. We identify customers by the email address used at checkout. If you buy again after a refund, the no-questions refund doesn't apply to that purchase. You still get a refund for duplicate charges or files that don't work, and you keep any rights the law gives you where you live.

We may decline a refund only in clear cases of abuse: repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or a purchase made with a stolen card. If we decline a refund, we'll tell you why.

What happens after a refund

A refund ends your license, future updates, and download access where we can disable it.

• Content license ends. Your personal-use license for the guide, PDFs, prompts and sample images ends. We can't remove files you've already downloaded, so we ask you to delete them.
• Future updates stop. Updates are sent through Lemon Squeezy file updates or by email to buyers, not including refunded orders.
• Download access ends where we can disable it. Please don't keep using the link in your receipt.
• Scripts stay MIT. Code you received under the MIT License stays under the MIT License.

How refunds are processed

Your purchase is sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Your sales contract is with Lemon Squeezy, and its Buyer Terms apply. Within 14 days we'll approve your refund, and Lemon Squeezy will send the money back to your original payment method. Our refund promise is in addition to Lemon Squeezy's terms and doesn't reduce them.

• Lemon Squeezy says refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your statement.
• You'll get a confirmation email.
• Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

Chargebacks

Please email us first, since it's usually faster. You always have the right to dispute a charge with your bank or card company. Lemon Squeezy handles disputes.

Chargebacks for fraud (for example, a stolen card) are always fine to file, and you should.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the law where you live. If you live in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, but only if you agreed at checkout to immediate access and acknowledged losing it. Our 14-day no-questions refund applies either way.
